If you wish to terminate your account and delete your associated data from the Genobeam service, please follow the instructions below.
Steps to Request Deletion
- Click the 'Request Account Deletion' button below to open the official request form.
- Fill out the required information (e.g., your registered email address).
- Submit the form. Our team will verify and process your request within 15 business days.
Data Handling Policy
- Data to be Deleted: Upon request, all personal information including your profile, activity logs, and preferences will be permanently erased from our active databases.
