Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile games and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Geno Beam Studio ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Your Agreement with Us

Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may amend these Terms at any time and will notify you of significant changes. Your continued use after such changes constitutes your acceptance.

2. Eligibility and Use by Minors

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. By using the Service, you represent that you are 13 years of age or older. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. It is a separate agreement that you also accept when using our Service.

4. Accounts

• 4.1. Guest Accounts: PLEASE BE AWARE: If you use a Guest Account, you may lose all your game data (progress and purchased items) if you change or lose your mobile device. We cannot guarantee recovery for Guest Accounts.
• 4.2. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities on your account and for keeping your login information confidential.

5. License to Use Our Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only.

6. User Content and Code of Conduct

6.1. User-Generated Content (UGC): You are responsible for content you create (nicknames, chats). You grant us a license to use and display this content in connection with the Service.

6.2. Code of Conduct: You agree not to use cheats, hacks, or unauthorized software; post harmful or obscene content; or attempt to reverse engineer our Services. Violation may result in account termination.

7. Paid Content and Payments

All payments are processed through the platform provider (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). Refunds: All refund requests are subject to the platform provider's policy. We do not process refunds directly.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service are owned by the Company. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights other than the limited license in Section 5.

9. Account Termination and Deletion

We may terminate your account for breach of Terms. You may delete your account via in-game settings at any time. Deletion results in permanent loss of all progress.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
